Pauline Tidwell, 87, of Bono, AR, passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at St Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. She was born on July 28, 1937, in Jonesboro, AR, to Bertis and Myrtle (Graham) Cox. Pauline was a homemaker who enjoyed reading the bible, listening to gospel music, cooking, and attending church at Wood Street Assembly of God.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 66 years, Hugh ''Sid'' Tidwell, her parents, brothers Robert, Virgil, Les, Gene, and Charles, and sisters Marie, Louise, and Versie.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Perry Tidwell (Lisa) and Scotty Tidwell; daughters Robin Martin (Cameron) and Rebecca Black; grandchildren Brandon, Blake, Candice, Sonny, Hunter, Colton, Kevin, and Cody; 12 great grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren; and many more friends and loved ones.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Pauline's grandsons.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, beginning at 11am, at Roller Farmers Union Funeral Home (1900 W. Washington Ave. Jonesboro, AR 72401) with Bobby Spencer officiating. Burial will follow at Trinity Cemetery in Bono.

Visitation will precede the service beginning at 10am.

Arrangements are under the care of Roller Farmers Union Funeral Home.

Sister Pauline was one of the most precious women that I have ever know. We were prayer partners for years when we went to church at Brother Dub Holts. I treasure every moment that we had together and I definitely look forward to seeing her in her heaven when it is my time to go home. We are praying for all of her family.
