It is with deep sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Betty Sue ''Suzie'' Warren to her eternal home on March 14, 2025 at Baptist Health Hospice Care in Little Rock, Arkansas. Betty Sue Warren, lovingly called by her nickname Suzie, was born on November 17, 1930 in Little Rock, Arkansas where she resided until her death.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Rolfe Warren; her father, Walter H. Selph; her mother, Cleo Brown Selph; her grandmother, Lillian Berg Brown and her sister, Janet Lee ''Susie'' Bond.
Suzie is survived and will be forever missed by her daughter, Cindy Lee Owen of Maumelle, Arkansas; her granddaughter, Elizabeth McDade Davis and her husband, Carl Jefferson Davis of Little Rock, Arkansas; her brother-in-law, Ronald Bond of Weatherford, Texas and Nephew, Brian Bond, his wife, Carrie Bond and family of Weatherford, Texas and Josh Bond, his wife, Teresa Bond and family of Benton, Arkansas and many lifelong friends.
Although Suzie's physical presence may no longer grace our lives, her spirit and kindness will continue to inspire and uplift us. Through her dedicated faith and her commitment to do for others, she will never be forgotten and her memory will live on in all our hearts.
There are no words that can express how grateful and blessed we are with the care and compassion received from Hickory Heights Health and Rehab as well as Baptist Health Hospice and wish to extend from the family a heartfelt thank you to all her caregivers.
According to her wishes, a private service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of Pulaski County.
My sincere condolences to Suzie's family and many friends. She was a wonderful friend to my mother, Louise Winston.
Sincerely,
Annette Williams
Cindy, I’m so sorry about the loss of your beloved mother. How beautiful she was, as are you. May she rest in blessed peace.
I'm a so sorry to hear about Gram's passing. My family has always loved her dearly especially my dad. My dad always spoke about how wonderful she was and the day she joined Trinity. She marched right up there when the 3rd verse started and he looked surprised and she said "isn't that the way its done"
I remember many evenings as a teenager being at the house on Markham with Betsy and Gram. She would always make snickerdoodle cookies, it was the first time I had them and they have been my favorite ever since.
Betsy - I am so sorry for your loss, but so happy that you and Gram were brought into my families life.

“It is what it is.” My mother always said that to me. Betty Sue Warren was my own mother. Nothing will ever change that no matter what it may be. And I have truly always missed her … before and now and forever. It is what it is.
