Margaret Ann Thurman, 97, left for her eternal home on March 12, 2025. She was born in Clayton, New Mexico on March 11, 1928 to George and Pearl Pollard.
In 1945 she met and married the love of her life, Henry Dee Thurman with whom she shared 49 wonderful years.
She leaves behind three children to cherish her memory, a son, Gerald (Lynda) Thurman; daughters, Sandra (Eddie) Thomas and Patti Thurman; three grandsons, Frankie Thurman, Mark (Andrea) Thurman and Stephen (Keta) Thomas; three great-grandchildren, Morgan Thomas, Casey and Logan Thurman; one sister, Georgia Sprott; one brother, James Paul (Shirley) Pollard and many nieces and nephews.
She was a faithful member of Highway 65 Church of Christ in Conway.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Dee Thurman; her parents, George and Pearl Pollard and two sisters, Wilma Busbee and Gordie Sides.
There will be a visitation at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home on Friday, March 14, 2025 from 6-8:00pm. There will be a graveside service on Saturday, March 15, 2025 starting at 2:00pm at Crestlawn Memorial Park, Conway.

Aunt Margaret always had the most beautiful smilie. She and Uncle Henry( The Quarter Man) was someone my daughter’s always loved to see on there visits to Texas. Very loving and Christian people. Aunt Margaret will be greatly missed in her home as well as anywhere.

Such a special lady, I remember last year when we were talking and she told me she was in charge of Wilma because Jannette was running errands, she laughed so hard when I said to her “I love it when a 96y/o is taking care of a 99 y/o”. I have had the honor and privilege of knowing Miss Margaret for many years and being her hairstylist. I just got to see her last week and I will miss seeing her lovely face. Rest in love Miss Margaret.
