Pruellen Patterson Pratt, 89, of Clarksville, Arkansas passed away on Monday, March 10, 2025 in Clarksville. She was born on September 30, 1935 in Orangeburg, South Carolina to the late James T. and Lenora Nell (Goodwin) Patterson.
Prue proudly served in the Air Force and spent several years working at Singer and Sara Lee, demonstrating her dedication and commitment to service. She was known for her vibrant, colorful personality and sharp sense of humor, bringing joy to those around her.
A passionate animal lover, Prue had a deep affection for creatures of all kinds. She dedicated much of her time to rescuing animals in need, offering them care and compassion. Her love for animals was a defining part of her life and legacy.
She is survived by her son, Mark Pratt and his wife, Marsha; her daughter, Cheryl Franklin and her husband, Bob; as well as her sister, Sandra Wrenn and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter, Renee Pratt and her brother, George (Uncle Sonny) Patterson.
Pruellen's memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. May her love for life and animals continue to inspire kindness and compassion for others.
A visitation for Pruellen will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home in Clarksville. A graveside service will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Mount Vernon Cemetery, in Clarksville, Arkansas. Interment to follow, with Brother Frank Shook officiating.

I worked with her many years ago at Sara Lee/Hanes she was so funny absolutely loved her. So sorry for your loss, prayers for the family.
I’m so sorry for your loss! Prue was one of a kind! She was the life of the party and one of the friendliest people I have ever known. My daddy, Willie Kimbrell thought the world of Prue, as did our whole family! I still have pictures and memories of her from Singer talent shows! Prayers for you all!
