of Conway, AR
June 27, 1966 - March 2, 2025
Nancy Isch Desonie of Conway went to be with Jesus on March 2, 2025. She was born on June 27,1966 to the late William & Edith (nee Leader) lsch. Nancy was the beloved mother of Dallas Desonie; beloved sister to William lsch (Emily), Robert lsch (Diana), Larry lsch (Cindy), twin Cathy Moss (David), Teresa Glover (Danny) & Brenda McGee (Brian). Much loved aunt, friend, & caregiver to many.
Despite health struggles of her own, Nancy had an early calling to help others. She became an EMT & eventually chose to focus on helping at-risk teens & young adults. She was then called to nursing & earned her R.N. degree. Nancy was a caregiver for her mother & father prior to their passing. ln an effort to continue to help others, she focused on helping her community & became a business owner. In 2016 Nancy's dream came true & she opened "Diamond Personal Care" of Conway. Here she & her team were able to provide care & compassion to the elderly, the disabled & the underprivileged.
But Nancy considered her son, Dallas, to be her greatest accomplishment. He was her pride & joy. Those who spent any time with her felt her heart swell every time she spoke of Dallas. Nancy loved & was proud of her big family but was especially close to her twin sister, Cathy. They have shared a lifelong bond & an irreplaceable connection. She loved planning family gatherings. She spent much of her free time researching her family tree, not just the names & dates but their stories. Nancy was the one who called to check on everyone & who could be counted on to be there no matter what was needed or when. She will be missed by all who knew & loved her.
Nancy, we were blessed to know you & share your life. You were gone too soon but we take comfort in knowing you are at peace with Jesus & we will see you again. John 11:25-26 "Jesus told her, "I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never die".
There will be a visitation for Nancy at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, AR on Thursday, March 13, 2025 from 10:00am until 12:00pm, immediately followed by a graveside service at Crestlawn Memorial Park at 12:30pm.
My Boss my friend, it's going to be hard to go on without you.
You took me under your wing in July 2020 when I thought I was wasting a way to a world of not knowing what to do in a bored and depressed years of retirement. You put me to work at Diamond Personal Care and gave me purpose again and reminded me God still had plans for me and you and your agency was the answer to my prayers. Taking care of others was and always has been the desires of my heart. Thank you Nancy ( Boss Lady) for a 2nd chance at a new career
