I love you Grandma!!
Grandma, tell me about the good Ole days,
when laughter floated like feathers,
and the sun set slow, painting shadows,
children chased fireflies in summer's dusk,
worn shoes kicking up dust on dirt roads.

Tell me of gardens bursting with tomatoes,
the smell of fresh bread a warm embrace,
stories shared over crackling fires,
voices mingling like songs in the air,
each tale a thread in life's colorful quilt.

Remind me of simple joys,
a hug that lasts, a smile that stays,
where memories dance like leaves
in the gentle breeze of yesterday.
