I met Teresa 29 years ago at Second Baptist Church in Springfield, Missouri.
At my Sunday School Christmas Party.
We have been friends since then. I spoke with her via text just 2 weeks ago. Teresa never met a stranger had a wonderful personality always given to hospitality. A great loss for all of us and of course heaven’s gain.
My condolences. I always loved visiting Teresa. Doing her landscaping and cooking for her and her guests. Chasing Bella and Sally down the road because I forgot to latch the gate. And helping her fix odds and ends. Such a great woman sadly gone too soon. I dearly appreciate everything she did for my family and I. Until we meet again my friend.
Jessica and Justin I am sorry for the loss of your mother. I am so blessed that God brought us together when we were 3 years at High Street Baptist Church. Then our parents found out we lived we 3 houses apart and we were inseparable. Her parents bought a house in another school district but we still stayed in touch as much as possible. I am so grateful for her hospitality while I healed from surgeries and procedures. I helped her by pet sitting when she visited her family. She included me when she would have cookouts and swim time with her neighbors. She was more like a sister to me than a friend. I am going to miss her so much.
Teresa was a wonderful PA and fellow Christian. We met in remote Alaska many years ago and have stayed in touch. So sorry to hear of her passing.
