Velta Marie Clark, 82, of Roland, Arkansas passed away on February 14, 2025. She was born on November 18, 1942 to the late Harvey and Retha Williams Rainey.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, James Clark and her brother, J.C. Rainey. Velta is survived by her sister, Annette Kirby (Randy); her niece, Maranda Kirby and her great-niece, Ava Marie Kirby. She found happiness in the little things-fish dinners, ice cream, beautiful flowers and her favorite soap operas.

Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Roller-Drummond Funeral Home.
