of Vilonia, AR
April 24, 1942 - January 29, 2025
Paulette Rodgers, 82, of Vilonia, Arkansas went to be with the Lord, January 29, 2025. She was born April 24, 1942 in Enola, Arkansas to her parents, Paul and Thelma Harlan.
Paulette was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Charles ''Tony'' Rodgers; her parents; Tony's parents, Loyas & Pauline Rodgers; her sister, Emma Sue Simmons; her brother, Wendell Harlan; Tony's sister, Gela Torres and his brother, Jimmy Rodgers; a niece, Michelle Torres and a nephew, Britt Simmons.
As her final decision of life, Paulette chose to take her last breath on the same day that the love of her life, Tony, left this earthly world 17 years prior. What a beautiful reunion it was!
Paulette was a Christian by faith, loved to read and talk about the Bible and talk to the Lord. Paulette was retired from the postal service, having worked her entire career at the Vilonia Post Office as a postal carrier, then later as the window clerk. She loved to garden and work in her yard. Seeing her flowers bloom and sitting with a cup of coffee on the porch watching the birds were some of her favorite things. But pushing that button on the slot machine was her all time favorite past-time!
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Tonette Molinar, Mike Rodgers and Terri (Mike) Elliott. Paulette, fondly known to most as MeMaw, also leaves behind 10 cherished grandchildren, Rachel (Jake) Mueller, Richard Garner, Kalen Rodgers, Katie Rodgers, Kari (JJ) Brower, Jody (Svenja) Kemper, Adam (Wendi) Kemper, Emma Kemper, Jacob Kemper & Aaron Kemper; 12 great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
There will be a visitation on Sunday, February 2nd from 1:00pm-2:00pm at Roller McNutt funeral home in Conway, AR. Funeral services will be immediately following. The burial will be at Vilonia cemetery.
Pallbearers are Mike ''Wilson'' Elliott, Richard Garner, Aaron Kemper, Jacob Kemper, Kamren Halcrombe, Kayson Johnson, Brian Griffin Jr. and Haidyn Evans.
Honorary Pallbearers are Jody Kemper, Adam Kemper, Jake Mueller, Jagger Rodgers-Bunting and Mark Armstrong.
The family would like to say a special thank you to Gentiva Hospice (Bailey Quick), Home Instead (Ashley Brewer) and all of the special caregivers Paulette had. The love and care she received was more than we could have ever hoped for. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

To Tony and Paulette’s family, I enjoyed a lot of years as their friend and participant in school and sports activities when our kids were growing up. And Paulette and I enjoyed working together briefly at the post office. But, sadness and grief are our burdens here because as great as their life was together, Tony and Paulette are living their best life right now. My prayers are for your strength and comfort! Cherish the memories!!
