of Searcy, AR
January 7, 1967 - January 22, 2025
Marlo Elaine Brown, 58, of Searcy, Arkansas passed on January 22, 2025. She was born in Westminster, California to M.C. and Sylvia Jean McCracken Lamb. Marlo was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Searcy.
Marlo is preceded in death by her father; all of her grandparents; two brothers, M.C.'' Louie'' Lamb and James Lamb and one sister, Diane Lamb Lowman.
Left to cherish her memory is her mother, Sylvia Jean Lamb Casada; her daughter, Danielle Huddy and her son, Justin Brown; two grandchildren, Aiden Lucas and Ryder Gardner; one sister, Lynne Wilson and one brother, Stanley ''Cooper'' Lamb along with 15 nieces and nephews.
Marlo had many unique attributes in her short life and she was willing to share them with those around her. As a student, she worked for Tommy's Burgers while she lived in California and after moving to Searcy, she worked for Maytag and Land 'O Frost. She was one who loved her family and spent time with them, especially her grandsons. She loved her dogs Roxie and ''Meme''. She loved going shopping and going out to eat, especially when she could have lobster. Mexican food and cheese came in a close second for her. Music was one of the things she enjoyed most and she loved it loud. Overall, Marlo loved having fun and being silly and some even referred to her as a ''Wild Child'' with a smile on their face. But at other times she could be found quietly watching the dragon flies and on the beach, watching the wave come in and out.
A visitation will be held at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home Chapel in Searcy on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at 1:00 PM with a Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 PM. Entombment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. All services are under the care of Roller-Daniel Funeral Home, Searcy.
