He lived a long full life. For those who knew and loved him, he was Bill, Dad, Paps or Boss. He made friends easily and treated people fairly. He worked for many years as a plant manager for Canada Dry at several locations around the country. But his goal was always to return to his hometown of Scranton so that his children could all graduate from Scranton HIgh School. Upon his return to Arkansas, he started a successful siding and insulation business. Upon retirement, he moved to Johnson to be near family.
He had many interests. He enjoyed serving on the Planning Commission in Johnson. He loved the Razorbacks, the New York Yankees and any old western movie he could find on TV. He was very close with his Redbone Coonhound ''T.'' He enjoyed going to the casinos and hauling home tons of gifts, most of which would be later given to family. He was very passionate about politics and was never shy in sharing his views on the matter. If you asked him to spell any new word, he would always reply ''KOUTBZ''. He was very interested in the lives of his family and beamed while discussing their achievements.

Dear Shirley and Family,
I've known and loved Bill since he moved to Saddlebrook, shortly after I moved here 20 years ago. He was always so friendly and warm to everyone. I will miss him always, as will everyone who knew him.
Bill was one of the best men I've ever known. I will never forget in 2010 I was at a low point in my life and he sent me a card of encouragement. It absolutely made my day. That's the kind of man he was. He will be deeply missed.
Our deepest sympathies, May you Rest In Peace
Our deapest sympathy for your loss. Roy and Teri Williams
sorry to hear about billy
My condolences to the family. Bill was a very funny and intelligent man. Always full of stories. He lived a full life. He made sure to give all the kids nicknames when they were born. His love for Rose was neverending and a joy to watch. I remember years of listening to him and my dad swap silly stories, most of which were most likely made up to sound better. I know he will be missed by so many.
Rick, so sorry for the loss of your brother. Know that you, Mary, and Family will be in our prayers.
I loved Bill. He always treated me and everyone with kindness. Conversations were always spirited . He loved when I would bring him apple pies from mcds. He was the best companion to my mother and loved her sweetly. I will miss him .
My condolences to the families of Boss. He was always very kind to me. RIP
R .I.P. Bill Snow My prayers go out to the family
