I am a classmate of Jim. (Conway High School/ Class of 1968) I'm sending prayers to his family. So sorry for your loss. May God give you strength and peace.
Jimmy was a good friend. I remember him as being one of the kindest people I knew. It was always a joy to visit with him when he was in Conway. He will be missed.
Jim was a good friend. He’ll be missed.
So thankful for a sweet friendship for so many years. Jim was such a kind and considerate person to all. I will miss him but have the assurance of seeing him again. Praying for his family he loved so dearly.
So sorry to hear about your dad. My prayers go with you.
I miss you Bubba and I love you. Thanks for always being my protector when I was growing up. Then over many years working side by side at various companies. We laughed and had many conversations during those times, mostly laughing about various things. I remember when I was little I couldn't understand why you were smaller than other people, and you got upset with me for saying that. I cried and told you I was sorry for saying that. But, you were bigger than life to me and anyone that ever knew you or met you. I love you Bubba.
Jimmy and I became good friends in Junior High as football team-mates. It broke my heart when he left us for Texas before our Junior year. We were good enough friends that he came back to Conway and served as my groomsman when My wife Donna and I were married. Since then we would hook up whenever we could whenever he returned to Conway. I was joyful when he retuned to Conway to live and we communicated frequently. I will forever miss him but remember him fondly. There are few people I know as kind and thoughtful as him. He was a perfect example for others and I will miss him, but remember him often.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family!
Jim was a wonderful person. He will be missed.
Jimmy was a Great friend, and he is already greatly missed. He was funny, kind and so giving. We had many fun times together and one not so fun. Like being iced in at a truckstop. I will be praying for your family in this sad time.
I love you daddy. I'll miss you forever.
Heather
I am truly going to miss you my friend. It has been a pleasure getting to know you again after you came to our class reunion a few years ago. Even after you went back to TX , we still visited on messenger & phone. I cried with you when you lost your mom and prayed for you while you were in the hospital, I praised Kathy with you for her taking care of you and told you many times how blessed you were to have her. She was your angel, that is for sure. Well, as usual I’m rattling on.
I LOVE & MISS you. Even though I know you are with your mom & dad looking down saying…”yep that’s Penny, flapping her lips and I can’t get a word in edgewise “
Kathy, my heart breaks for you and the whole family. God Bless you all from a blessed friend to have known & loved Jimbo like a brother. Oh & Jim, while you’re UP there….slap a little luck on the Razorbacks. Love you dear!!!!
