I've known Jessie forever. It was always a pleasure to see her. She grew up with my Dad, Albert Brent, and his siblings, and her husband and my Dad worked for L. E. Myers in the 1950's. When my aunt, Lorene Brent Kilbreath Gathright, moved back to Batesville after her first husband's death, Jessie welcomed her. I enjoyed visiting with Jessie when I was visiting Lorene's second husband at Woodcrest. Jessie was truly a Southern lady.

So sorry to hear about Mrs Jessie’s passing . I remember seeing her when uncle Von and Aunt Bernice would come back here for a visit. She also came to one of mom’s last few birthday parties. She was a beautiful sweet soul.
