Janice (and Wallace) embraced us “yankees” when American Greetings moved us from Ohio to Osceola, and Janice has remained in our lives forever. We will always hold her in our hearts, and she set a very high standard for catfish and hushpuppies. Goodbye, my friend. We’ll see you on the other side. Hugs to the boys.
