JD, we still have the bike we bought from you. I knew you many years ago. Moved away - life changed and we saw each other again when we moved back. We were looking for a bike and you had one. We
bought it. Everytime we look at it I think of you. We'll see you again someday riding our bikes down the LORD'S golden road and with no pain in our backs and necks. Love and prayers to the family. So very sorry for your loss.

I'm ten days older than Jackie, I met him at the school bus stop in North Jonesboro in March of 1969 after my Dad retired USAF.
Soon in Summer, we all wanted to be Astronauts!
By end of Summer, our parents bought a house in S.W. Jonesboro.
In Summer 1970 or 1971, we were both in the same room of Saint Bernard Hospital, both very ill, different symptoms for 2 weeks.
As we got a little better, we were eating cake and ice cream, LOL!
All we can have!
We were sliding up and down the hallways on our socks, LOL!
We were all sick, again . . .
What do we do Get a little better, eat more ice cream, LOL!
I've been under the tunnels of the hospital to the Catholic Chapel.
I asked the nuns and nurses to bring Jackie (Jack called us then) into the tunnels.
The nuns did!!!
It's a bit creepy, cob webs, damp, old statues, brick arched tunnel, etc as walked though there and back.
Jackie was so excited to share his family and friends.
The Goonies movie reminds us about this 12 year olds tunnel . . . I see still Jackie's grin and smiling!
We both got better!
Jackie had kidney stones.
I turned out for eating too many green pears, LOL!
Again a March, in 1972, our parents finished built a house near behind Westside Consolidated Schools.
Here I am moving again not knowing anybody, There is Jackie Johnson, Michael and Randy Black from North School Elementary Jonesboro.
Later all graduated and moving along in life, I'm working running restaurants in Memphis.
There is the trucker walks into my restaurant, Jackie Johnson!
He let me know he's now "Jack" Johnson, still all smiles.
Years later, we hate and love Facebook!
There's Jackie Johnson, again.
We chat and post, laugh, cry and reminisce . . . lost over and over and found friend, Jackie Johnson forever . . .
Jesus promises, We will see Again!
So many memories. Sorry haven’t got to see him at the family reunion. In the past few years last time we talked, he was telling me about his heart problems. I pray God will bless him and Frances because I know she’ll miss him too.
Prayers of comfort for his family. Lester and Jennifer Wilson
Jack your one of my many cousins I am blessed with. Thankful for the memories of my childhood with you and your family. I know the last years have been so hard on you. You have many prayers for the ones you are leaving behind.
R.I.P Jack...I'm glad there will be no more pain for you. I hope Kaleb is in your arms and yall are catching up on things! Until we Meet again
Well Big Buddy you were right, you went first. I still don't want to believe it. I'm glad we had all those fishing trips and thankful for all the times you stayed at the Cabin and helped me thin the Deer population. There will be an empty chair around the Campfire from now on but you will be remembered in all the old stories. I Love ya like a Brother and I'll miss ya. As it stands at DQ Hunting Club, I caught the biggest fish and got the biggest Buck. GODSPEED JACK, and Save me a place.
