of Conway, AR
August 20, 1961 - January 5, 2025
Vikki Lynn Valentine passed away on January 5, 2025. Vikki was born on August 20, 1961, to John and Sarah Valentine. She attended Conway High and graduated in 1979, then went on to receive her teaching degree with deans' honors at UCA.
Vikki was a very dedicated teacher who loved her students. But if you knew Vikki she didn't stay in one place very long, she taught in Texas, Kansas, Arkansas and Maui, HA, where she went back at least 5 times. She loved her Sonic iced tea route 44 and Taco Bueno. Vikki would even come and visit her brother just to get Taco Bueno.
Vikki was a very outgoing person; she was loud and funny. Every state she went to she got a license plate to say Vsqrd so everyone would know it was her. She was known by many names: Mom, TuTu, Lead Bottom, sister-in-law, friend, teacher, co-worker, but the two she loved the best were Mom and TuTu!
Vikki is survived by her brother, Gordon (Pam) of Conway, she called Gordon her little brother; her son, Jackson (Melissa) of Fayetteville, AR; daughter, Victoria, and granddaughter, Kadence of Little Rock, AR.
Vikki will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A memorial visitation will be held from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway.
I am so very sorry to hear about Vikki. She was an amazing person whom I looked up to as a role model in school. I will always remember Vikki as a spunky, fun, energetic leader. When I was preparing for pep squad tryouts in 8th grade, she was one of my teachers, and I immediately knew she should be elected as our squad leader. She just stood out as a natural teacher and passionate leader. And, just as I knew she would, she ended up being voted in as our team captain — the perfect choice! She was an awesome captain and we all loved her. I lost touch with her over the years, but she taught me so many things while I was under her leadership that I have carried with me through life. Fly high Vikki. You will be so missed
