Jacqueline Swyers

Jacqueline Swyers

of Yellville, AR

September 18, 1955 - January 12, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jacqueline (Jackye) Swyers, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, who departed this life on January 12, 2025 at the age of 69. Jackye was born on September 18, 1955 in Mississippi, the cherished daughter of Albert (Mike) and Laura Swope.

Jackye was a loving wife to her husband, Rick Swyers, with whom she shared a deep and enduring bond that inspired all who knew them. They were best friends and soul mates. Together, they crafted a beautiful life filled with love, laughter and unwavering support for one another.

She was the proud mother of two daughters, Leigh Warden (Swyers) and Cara Meisenheimer, who she loved unconditionally. Jackye found immeasurable joy in her role as a grandmother to Raven, Noah, Emma, Athena Swyers and Garrison and Alaura Meisenheimer, as well as a great-grandmother to Celica Cermack. Her legacy of love and kindness will continue through her family, who were the light of her life.

As the youngest daughter of Mike and Laura, she held a special place in the hearts of her siblings, Johnny and Judy Swope. The memories of family gatherings, laughter and shared stories will forever remain a treasured part of their lives. The bond between her and her siblings, is unmatched. They are a powerful force of good, in this world.

Jackye's life was a testimony to compassion, resilience, genuine integrity and generosity. She was not only a long time employee and retiree with Arvest Bank, she volunteered at her local animal shelter and was a loyal member of her church, Cedar Grove Church of Yellville. One of her finest and most cherished accomplishment was being a talented and published author of her book of poetry, "Gravitational Pull". She was known for her warm smile, her gentle spirit, her quiet strength, her love of animals and relationship with The Lord. Whether through her volunteer efforts, acts of kindness, her listening ear, or her warm embraces, Jackye had a unique gift for making everyone feel valued and loved.

Jackye will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but she will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. This world is a better place for having her in it.

A celebration of Jackye's remarkable life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to your local animal shelter.

Rest easy, dear Jackye. Your love remains with us, guiding us and inspiring us each day. We are forever grateful for your presence in our lives.

Arrangements are in the care of Roller-Burns Funeral Home in Yellville, Arkansas.
