You are in my thoughts and prayers
Ms Christine was a treasure to all that knew her. She never ceased to amaze me with her sharp mind and quick witt. Prayers for the family.
I didn’t know Chris very well but did visit her several times with Karen. She was such a blessing to all who knew her. I just couldn’t believe her mental clarity for 102 years old. She was truly amazing. I know she has been ready to go to her eternal home for quite sometime. I was so thankful to hear that her passing was so peaceful. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
My many thoughts & prayers are with all of the family. May God hold each of you in His loving arms during this difficult time. Chris, you always made me feel loved. You will be dearly missed, but are home now with your Sisters & Husband.
You will definitely be missed Ms. Christine. I've known you almost my whole life! You and Kenneth lived next door to my grandparents France and Eddie Fenner until they passed away. When we were little and we saw you and Kenneth sitting in the front yard we would run over there to visit and get candy. I always trick-or-treated at your house and so did my kids. My Mom Vickie had the pleasure of coming over and helping you around the house until she passed. I'm sad but I'm rejoicing at the same time knowing you're with your loved ones and all your friends in heaven now! My sincerest condolences to her family.
Karen sending hugs to you and I know God will wrap his arms of mercy around you & your family. Love you praying for you all.
What a special lady Ms Chris was. I was blessed to know her for over 40 years. She was a special friend. I’m thankful for our many visits, especially the last several years. She’s now resting in the arms of Jesus. Prayers for peace and comfort for your family.
Oh Miss Chris, how I'll miss you and all the adventures we had, the past 65 years. I met you when I was a shy young girl of 6 years old. You and your 1st husband, Bill Wakins became friends with my parents and I became your adopted daughter. Over the years, we laughed, worked hard, and helped each other out, through thick & thin. Kenneth Willmuth (second husband), used too tease me about my cooking. You taught me how to cook southern food. It was a surprise for Kenneth, after a long day of work, at the Apco gas station. Along the years, good food putting up a Christmas tree and visiting all of your family from time to time, brought me lots of joy. You were a treasure to me and my family. You will always be my second Mom. Mary Garmer & Family
