Virgil William "Bill" Whisnant, age 69, of North Little Rock, died January 3, 2025.
He was born July 30, 1955 to James J. and Alice B. Freeman Whisnant. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, James Larry Whisnant. He is survived by one sister, Becky Terry (James) of North Little Rock and son, Shaun Whisnant.

I am very sad to hear of the passing of Billy. He was the 2nd friend I ever had and lived a block away. We went twelve years of school together and ran around together a lot in High School.
I last talked to him shortly after his brother Larry passed away. RIP my old friend.
