Dorothy E. Tuttle, 78, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away on Monday, December 23, 2024 in Mountain View, Arkansas. Dorothy was born on October 17, 1946 in Monette, Arkansas to the late Isaac E. and Ruby E. (Wilson) Franks. Dorothy was a member of First Baptist Church in Mountain View; she was also a Volunteer Fire Fighter and enjoyed quilting. Dorothy was a hard worker and worked at the Blanchard Shirt Factory for 35 years. Dorothy also farmed her entire life and over the years had many farm animals; at one time she had over 1500 quail. Most importantly, Dorothy loved her family and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Dorothy is survived by one son, Terry McKinnon of Cushman, Arkansas; one daughter, Cynthia McKinnon of Mountain View, Arkansas; one brother, Leslie (Brenda) Franks of Bellefonte, Arkansas; five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, as well as a host of extended family and friends.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, Isaac E. and Ruby E. (Wilson) Franks and beloved husband, Teddy Tuttle.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
Roller Crouch Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.

So sorry to hear of Dorothy passing away. We worked together for all of those years at Blanchard Shirt Company. She was a very dependable employee who worked hard to support her two children before she and Teddy met and married. I thought a lot of Dorothy.
