Lois Watts

of Osceola, AR

January 16, 1941 - December 21, 2024

Lois Linton Watts, 83, of Osceola, AR passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024. She was born on January 16, 1941 in Trumann, AR to Earlene (Holley) Linton and Glyn Linton. After graduating from Trumann High School and the Jonesboro Business College, she married Robert E. ''Bob'' Watts. Along with raising two sons, she enjoyed a 37-year career in the field of banking and retired as the Community Bank President of Union Planters Bank of Osceola. Active in her community, Lois served on the boards of the Osceola Chamber of Commerce, Rotary International and United Way. She attended the First Methodist Church in Osceola.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

She is survived by her sons, Bryan (Tricia) Watts of Jonesboro and Jeff (Sherry) Watts of Lonoke; her grandson, Wesley (Sydney) Watts of Paragould; her brother, Mike (Jennifer) Linton of Lonoke and three nephews.

A family graveside service will be held on Monday, December 23, 2024 at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the care of Roller Farmers Union Funeral Home.
