Carolyn I am so sorry I have not talked to you before now. Bill and I think about you and your family often. We will have you and your family in our prayers. I tried to contact Martha but no success.
I do hope we can see you soon.

My deepest sympathy and prayers for the Collard family. Lee was always kind to us after my dad passed in 1980. They enjoyed working together at OES for many years.
We will keep you in our prayers. May you find some comfort in sweet memories.
Thinking of you all and sending love.
Carolyn, sending love and prayers for you and your family.
He was my supervisor for nearly 12 years, on Civil Defense Hill. I'm so sorry for the family's loss.
He made the best waffles in the world at our men’s breakfast. Truly a God loving man, it was my honor to know him as a brother in Christ. Prayers for the family.
Mr. Collard was a true gentleman and scholar. It was a pleasure to work with him at Office of Emergency Services up on Civil Defense Hill in Conway. He was one of the most positive people; always with words of encouragement. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers!
I’m so sorry about Lee. Please let us know if we can do anything.
