Janice Marie (Ellingburg) Orr, 72, of Paris, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 in Charleston, Arkansas. She was born on April 24, 1952 in Paris to her parents, Eddie and Willie Belle (Logan) Ellingburg.
Janice was a retired CNA, having worked for both the Booneville Human Development Center and Paris Health and Rehabilitation. She was a dedicated member of Poole's Temple Church of God in Christ, liked to go fishing and was a dedicated mother who loved spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Deltha Richards and Elizabeth Brown and seven brothers, Eddie Ellingburg, Jr., Edmond Ellingburg, Holsey Ellingburg, Willie Ellingburg, Aden Ellingburg, Charles Ellingburg and David Ellingburg.
She is survived by her husband of over 53 years, Robert ''Lonnie'' Thomas Orr, Sr. of Paris; one daughter, Betty Clinkscale of Oakland, California; two sons, Jewell ''Bam'' Ellingburg and wife, Shelly of Kansas City and Robert T. Orr, Jr. of Kansas City; three sisters, Audrey Edwards of Kansas City, Lois Leapheart of Kansas City and Mary Wise of Fort Smith; two brothers, Robert Paul Ellingburg and wife, Julia of Kansas City and Leonard Ray Ellingburg and wife, Sheila of Paris; six grandchildren, Damon Terrell Roberts, Jewell Ellingburg II, J'Kiya Kanosh, Ra'Khya Orr, Shakira Orr and Curley Williams, Jr. and 10 great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 28, 2024 with the funeral beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris. Burial will follow in Gray Rock Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home. Following the graveside service the family invites everyone to the North Logan County Fairgrounds at 540 Airport Industrial Road, Paris, Arkansas 72855 for a dinner and fellowship.
Pallbearers will be Andre Ruffin, Cory Wallace, Stevie Ellingburg, Edward Ellingburg, Rodney Chambers, Devin Ellingburg, Jason Ellingburg and Ely Fore.
