Gloria Jean Colton, age 88, of Harrison passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at her home. She was born March 1, 1936 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, the daughter of Goodman and Dorothy (Hays) Danielson. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gerald Colton, Sr.; her sister and a brother.

Gloria was a homemaker and avid gardener, loved westerns and Elvis, enjoyed the people at Hill Top Bible Church and had a sense of humor.

Gloria is survived by her sons, Gerald Colton, Jr. and Michael Colton and wife, Paula; her daughter, Teri Leigh Root and husband, Casey; four grandchildren, Michael Colton, II, Dawn Colton, Misty Root and Jennifer Roucka and husband, Tyler; four great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Graveside funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at Hill Top Cemetery with Bro. David Day officiating.

Family and friends served as pallbearers.
