Fran Morehart, 82, of Benton, Arkansas passed away November 20, 2024. She was born April 8, 1942 in Fountain Hill, Arkansas.
She blessed the hearts of many in her 82 years of precious life. She was the best Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, Cousin, and Friend. She wore so many hats. With 40 plus years as an RN and a hospice nurse, she cared for and loved everyone she encountered wholeheartedly and touched the lives of many people. We know without a shadow of doubt that she has a golden chair waiting for her in heaven.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ovis and Cliffie Oden, Her Brother Tommy Oden, and Sister Doreen Mathews. She is survived by two brothers: Doyle Oden and wife Theresa, Norman Oden and wife Diana; one sister Ann Caudle. Three Children: Laurie Moore and husband Steve; Keith Morehart and fiancé Rita Jones, and Chris Morehart and wife Tori; Five grandchildren: Josh Moore and wife Beth, Kristin Caraway and Husband Sam, Eliabeth Neudorf and husband John, Kailee Morehart, and Weston Morehart; Five step-grandchildren: Mallori Tisdale, Alli Tisdale and Partner Mark, Danielle Seager, Rachel Sample and husband Briar, and Justin Jones and wife Ashtyn. Twelve great-grandchildren Madison, Cade, Colburn, Kelbey, Kenton, Kaden, Dean, Raelynn, Rowan, Elzie, Jensen, Coraline, and Kyzer So many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was loved by everyone she met. While we will miss her here, It's never goodbye, it's always we'll see you later.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m, Sunday, November 24th at Roller-Alcoa Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m, Monday, November 25, 2024 at Springhill Missionary Baptist Church in Benton. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
I was so surprised to see Fran’s obituary. We last bumped into one another at Walmart a year or so ago. She looked so good and was her friendly self. We caught up on nursing and life. She and I carpooled for a while as we finished nursing school. We were both older than most of the students. I will remember her fondly and am so sorry for your loss.
