Edna Lou Lee, 91, of Paris, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 in Charleston, Arkansas. She was born on July 14, 1933 in Paris to her parents, Roy Elmer and Mattie Mae (Hampton) Hillian.
Edna was a devoted homemaker and worked alongside her husband on their farm for many years. She loved to cook, was famous for her canned jelly and was a member of the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Paris.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James ''Jack'' Lee; one sister, Faye Newman; five brothers, Opal Hillian, Clayton Hillian, Billy Hillian, Jr. Hillian and Ronald Hillian and a grandson, Ross Lee.
She is survived by one daughter, ReeNita Johnson and husband, Thomas of Paris; one son, Doyle Lee and wife, Kim of Paris; one sister, Pat Davis of Magazine; five grandchildren, Shayne Lee, Sean Blake, Christopher Blake, Jessie Johnson Vines, Garret Johnson and eight great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 23, 2024 Mt. Salem Cemetery in Paris officiated by Rev. Jeremy Jones under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Garret Johnson, Jason Vines, Thomas Johnson, Shayne Lee, Christopher Blake and Randy Hatcher.
Even though you know she is in a better place it is still so hard. Your mom was a very sweet lady and I am so sorry for your loss. Praying for you all.
Mrs Lee was a very special person I loved talking with her She was always so nice and very pretty

Edna was loved by her brothers, sisters, family, and friends. She left a legacy of love and dedication.
We always enjoyed visiting with Miss Edna when we visited Greenhurst. She was a precious lady .She will be missed by many. Our prayers and sympathy to the family.
I loved Edna and she was such a good person!! We always enjoyed talking to her and hearing about all that was going on! We pray for your comfort and strength!!
