Bonnie Richmond, age 78, went to her Heavenly Home in Southaven, Mississippi on Sunday, November 17, 2024. She was born in Elaine, Arkansas on Wednesday, April 17, 1946 to the late Charles Worstell and Edith Sellers Worstell. Bonnie was a member of Getwell Road United Methodist Church and the National Association of Social Workers.
She is survived by her son, Wilson Richmond Jr of Hernando, MS ; daughter, Cynthia Richmond of Southaven, MS; three grandchildren, Robert Richmond, Tyler Richmond, and Christopher Norman; two great grandchildren, Adeline Richmond and Andrew Richmond; brother, Frank Worstell; three sisters, Linda Iorio, Libby Robbins and Lorie Ann Patton.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Irvin Wilson Richmond Sr; daughter, Dana Lynn Richmond and brother, David Worstell.
Pallbearers will be Robert Richmond, Tyler Richmond, Christoper Norman, Joseph Robbins II, Michael Robbins and Ryan Robbins.
Honorary Pallbearers will be A.J. Richmond, Drew Morgan, Braden Smith, Alan Richmond, Bobby Richmond, Wilson Richmond Jr., Vic Richmond and Vince Richmond.
A Graveside Service for Bonnie Richmond will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at Sunset Memorial Gardens in West Helena, Arkansas. Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, West Helena.

So sorry for your loss. I am the oldest daughter of Willis and Lucille Burgess. I remember seeing several times at the Sellers Family reunion. My prayers are with you and your family.

Hi Cynthia and family. I was so sorry to hear of Bonnie Jeans passing. I am so sorry we won't be able to be at her service. Mom isn't able to travel that far.
I have so many memories of Bonnie Jean through the years. As a child I remember staying at her house and swimming . I remember her sewing dance costumes, her little dog, her taking Grandma and I peach picking. I remember her sitting at Grandmas dining room table so many times.
I remember taking the MegaBus to Memphis and visiting her . She was a gracious host.
So many fun times . So blessed to have those memories.
I loved her phone calls. She would call to just check on our family in FL if she heard there had been a hurricane. I'd get the update of her family too.
I remember her visits to Conyers a few times too.
I pray that all of the precious memories you all hold so deeply in your hearts will bring you all joy, peace and comfort now and in the future.
