Donald Edward Preston Sr passed away on October 31, 2024 at the age of 89. He was born on December 25, 1934 to parents, Charles and Charlotte Preston in Tyronza, Arkansas. Donald is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Preston and Charlotte Preston; two sons, Daniel Preston and David Preston; one brother, General Preston and six sisters, Elsie, Ester, Ruby, Janie, Catherine and Elizabeth.
Donald was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family and was always ready for a good fish fry on the farm. He was happiest when he was outdoors. You could always find him out on his tractor or roaming the woods on his four-wheeler. Donald was a great man with the biggest heart, who lived life to the absolute fullest.
Donald is survived by his son, Donny (Diann) Preston of Tyronza, AR; daughters, Michelle Preston of Marked Tree, AR and Sabrina (Everett) Tacker of Tyronza, AR and two sisters, Carol Rains of Earle, AR and Helen Pitchler of California.
Three Grandchildren, Rhett (Baillie) Whitlow of Cordova, TN, Jordan (Lexi) Jennings of Lepanto, AR, Kayla (Jordan) Coffey of Trumann, AR, Dillon Young of Marked Tree, AR and Tanner (Brianna) Young of Okinawa, Japan.
Nine Great Grandchildren, Presley Jennings, Ryleigh Coffey, Zoey Holt, Payson Whitlow, Elena Coffey, Addison Young, Lane Jennings, Lyla Jennings and Savannah Young.
Services are being held at Barton Chapel Church in Tyronza, AR on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 with visitation starting at 1:00pm and funeral immediately following at 2:00pm.

Mr Preston was one of my favorite at The Senior Center in Marked Tree Ar. He could tell the most awesome stories. He always had a big smile on his face. He will definetly be missed. Rest in Peace my friend.
