Joyce was the ultimate homemaker, she loved to cook and was meticulous about her flowers and yard. She was an active member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in West Memphis. She served as past treasurer of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary for several years. Joyce loved playing dominoes and cards with her Social Butterflies Group. Her work ethic was passed down to all her family. She loved her family, especially all her grands, she lit up when they came into the room. She will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Leroy Pavlas, daughter, Janis Sue Pospisil, and husbands, George V. Pospisil and Charles R. Hemby, Jr.

The family would like to thank Willowbend Healthcare and Rehabilitation along with Dierksen Hospice for the special care they gave our mother and family. The staff was amazing, friendly, and professional. They treated her like family, and she loved them. Again, thank you. We were blessed to be associated with you.

In our youth, Mrs. Pospisil always treated our group almost like we were own kids. I counted that as privilege.
I hadn't seen her in years, but will still miss her.
God bless her, as well as her wonderful family.
