We met Remmel and Helen through the bowling league in Horseshoe Bend. It has been a privilege to know Remmel and call him our friend over the past 12 years. He will always be remembered for his bowling skills and the world-famous patty melt sandwich he ate almost weekly after bowling.

I’ve called Remmel dad for the past nine years. He and mom (Helen) welcomed me into their family. Remmel was a wonderful man and quite an inspiration, he will be missed.
