Mackie Furr, 78, of Marvell, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2024 in Marianna, Arkansas. He was born Saturday, December 8, 1945 in Helena, Arkansas to the late Hiram Furr and Vivian Hill.
He is survived by his wife of fifty-five years, Treda Furr; son, Trent Furr; daughter, Annie Guest (Kotton); four grandchildren, Samantha, Gage, Gere and Chase and sister, Linda Kay Arnold.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Hiram Furr and Vivian Hill; daughter, Tammy Furr; three sisters, Montien Ramsey, Louise Patterson and Geraldine Wooten and brother, Virigel Furr.
A graveside service for Mackie Furr will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Eventide Cemetery in Marvell, Arkansas. Brother Mark Spencer will officiate. Interment will follow at Eventide Cemetery.
