Mary Ann Parker, 95, of Marianna, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. She was born October 4, 1929, to Norbourne Fisher and Madge Gathings Fisher in Memphis, Tennessee.
Mrs. Parker is survived by two sons, Russ Parker (Paula) of West Memphis, Arkansas; Keith Parker (Kristen), of Blytheville, Arkansas; two daughters, Ruth Carter (Glenn), of Marianna, Arkansas; Kathy Jones (Donald), of Harrisburg, Arkansas; seven grandchildren, Natalie Eubanks (Worth), Elizabeth Pearson (Chance), Loillie Parker, Tyler Shelton, Reid Shelton, Owen Shelton, Parker Jones (Alexis), three great-grandchildren, Sam Eubanks, Sophie Edgin, and Elise Edgin, and one sister, Elaine Holloway, of Sardis, Mississippi; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, George W. Parker, and one grandson, Jake Edgin.
Mrs. Parker was a member of First United Methodist Church. She retired from Daggett Abstract Company. She loved gardening, fishing and the outdoors.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. at First United Methodist Church in Marianna, Arkansas with Brother Glenn Hicks officiating, and Mrs. Mary Lee Cox speaking.
