Sending our deepest condolences to the family. I worked at the hospital with Paul. We also worked together outside of the hospital.
Paul had dry humor and we had lots of laughs together.
I talked to him not long ago on the phone.

Blessings to you sweet girls and the past memories of you two dears and your wonderful mom and dad and all the fond memories shared over the years at Eagle Heights. They have been missed many years by the Harrison church family who fondly remember serving and worshiping with them. May God heal the two big holes in each family member’s hearts with grateful hearts for the memories and knowing we will all see them someday! I guarantee my Darlin’ Carl was in the welcoming celebration and already had things for your daddy to fix after your momma let go of him and they are all sitting at the feet of Jesus in their new glorified bodies with no more pain! May God continue to give both of you girls comfort and peace! Love and hugs and prayers! Beverly Bear

Kim, Kay and Family
We are so sorry to hear this. We have so many memories with Pal, Hazel, and you both. Seems like we spent more time at your house than ours and our boys loved being there! Lots of good times playing games and visiting and Fred always loved the famous Blueberry Torte!! We still talk about it often!
Prayers for you and your family.
Love, Fred and Cathy

Paul (Pal) was a man of deep character. He and his late wife, (Hazel) were gifted servants of Christ. Their children reflect their teaching and compassionate spirit of service. Paul was reflective of the teaching of Christ in Matthew’s gospel. Jesus said those who follow Him were the salt of the earth. That means Paul was to life what salt is to food. He made life taste better.

Kim and Kay,
So sorry for your loss. We loved Paul and Hazel both and have such fond and fun memories of the Layton family. Our time as neighbors when we were kids in Southern Hills still make us laugh. Your parents were both wonderful and caring and will be missed by many.
