AO loved to trade cars on a ''More than regular basis!''. Along with shopping for antiques, He and the love of his life, Bobbie, also loved garage sales, sitting on the back porch, feeding and watching the squirrels. In their younger days, He and his wife loved riding motorcycles. They also loved going to Branson, Missouri and many of those times, their well loved children and later, grandchildren, were invited and happily taken along!

For as long as he was physically able, He played bluegrass on the mandolin, Banjo, guitar and Harmonica, as well as singing with his wife and three sons in the family group ''The Backwoods Boys'' including some original pieces he himself had written.

He was strong in his faith and trust in Christ, always believing Jesus was the way, the truth, and the life! (John 14:6) All the way to the end of life, Argie Olton Rice truly lived his life for Him.

The family is forever grateful the Lord blessed us throughout our lifetime with such a wonderful, faithful, trusted, father, grandfather and friend! He will be dearly missed and greatly loved always!
