William ''Bill'' E. Lassiter, 88, of Mayflower went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 10, 2024. He was born June 24, 1936 in Fort Smith, AR to the late Dewey and Jewel Joyce Lassiter. He was also preceded in death by one son, William; three brothers and one sister.

William is survived by his wife, Carolyn Lassiter; two daughters, Debra Hickman (Lee) of Granbury, TX and Tammy Paladino (Wayne) of Conway, AR; one son, Wayne Harper of Thornton, AR; ten grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; two brothers; two sisters and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

William was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and gardening. William also enjoyed listening to country music at the senior citizens center. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and his great-grandchildren. William will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00am Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway with Brother Jeris Tubb officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be to the Faulkner County Senior Citizens Center.
