Mark Allen Glidewell, 62, of Kensett, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on September 10, 2024. He was born in Kennett, Missouri, on February 12, 1962, to the late Bernard Oneal Glidewell and Wilma Jean Caraway.

Mark was known to quite a jokester and he was even better when he was with his son Kyle. Together they could pull some of the best pranks and jokes and most of the time it was on each other. He loved to play the guitar and sing with anyone that he could get together with and found this time to be very relaxing and enjoyable. He was in a band called the Crossroads with his mother that put out a record of their music. Through his passion of music, Mark led many people to Christ. Mark enjoyed making those weekend breakfasts for Kyle who looked forward to this time with his dad and anyone who would come.

He was also known to be a handyman and could fix just about anything that he was given to fix. He loved his family and loved spending as much time with them as he could. He never met a stranger and loved to find out as much as possible about them as he could.

Left to cherish his memory is his son Matthew Kyle Allen Glidewell; two brothers, Robert (Courtney) Glidewell and Chris (Donna) Glidewell; one stepdaughter Crystal (Ryan) Todd; seven nieces and nephews, Britney Yates, Rachel Glidewell, Shane Glidewell, Dusty Glidewell, Shelby Williams, Nick Light and Aspen Linhart along with other extended family members and a host of friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. All arrangements were under the direction of Roller-Daniel Funeral Home in Searcy, AR.
