Patricia "Sissy" Caery, 68, of Elaine, Arkansas went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, September 21, 2024 in Helena, Arkansas. Mrs. Caery was born Friday, February 24, 1956 in Snow Lake, Arkansas to the late Billy Smith and Jessie Carolyn Patterson Smith.
Mrs. Caery worked for Elaine Water Company for many years, then later was elected to the position of City Clerk. She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Mellwood, Arkansas for several years. "Sissy" enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, church concerts and gospel music.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of over fifty-one years, Rickey Caery; two sons, Andy Caery of Elaine, Arkansas, Tim Caery of Elaine, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Brice Caery, Alston Caery, Alyssa Caery, Brandon Caery, Tristan Caery, Mia Caery; four great-grandchildren; three brothers, Carl Smith (Lea) of Marion, Arkansas, Shane Smith (Stacy) of Morrillton, Arkansas, Jake Smith (Amanda) of Perryville, Arkansas; two sisters, Kathy Hall (Dan) of Crumrod, Arkansas, Jennie Gentry (Randy) of Perryville, Arkansas; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Patricia is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Jody Smith.
Funeral services for Patricia will be 2PM Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Mellwood, Arkansas. Visitation will be one hour prior. Pallbearers will be Brandon Caery, Tristan Caery, Alston Caery, Peanut Caery, Dustin Caery, Tray Brown. Honorary pallbearers will be James Miller, Greg Faulkner, Robert Pearrow, Mike Montgomery, Billy Graham, Randy Gentry. Brother John Compton will officiate.
Services are under the direction of Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Helena, Arkansas.

I was so sorry to see this....Patricia and I grew up together...our parents were friends...and we had some good times together. When I would run into her she always had a big smile on her face...and that great laugh of hers!
