Ralph D. McNair, age 74, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away on Friday, September 20, 2024 with his loving family by his side.
He was born on February 17, 1950 in Harrison, Arkansas to the late Hoyt and Joyce McNair. Ralph married Evelyn Kinder on March 28, 1988. He worked as a teacher before he retired early and became a full-time fishing guide and farmer for many years. His favorite past time was telling stories to his beloved children and grandchildren.
Ralph is survived by his wife, Evelyn of the home; sons, David (Kathy) McNair, Corey (Mandy) McNair and Charlie (Jessica) Roberts; daughter, LeAnn (Darren) Etchison; brother, Larry (Glynda) McNair; grandchildren, Kirsten Dunsford (Kyle), Kenton Young (Laural), Andrew (Tristen) McNair, Casey McNair, Shelbie McNair, Douglas McNair, Cole Roberts, Luke Roberts and Ryan Roberts and great grandchildren, Abigail and Christian.
He is preceded in death by his parents and stepdaughter, Stephanie Young.
A visitation will be held from Noon-1:30pm on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at Roller-Burns Funeral Home in Yellville, Arkansas. Burial to follow at Bruno Cemetery where he will be laid to rest next to his parents.
Serving as pallbearers will be David McNair, Corey McNair, Andrew McNair, Charlie Roberts, Brett Walker and Taran Eaton.
