Allison and family I am so sorry for your loss. Jerra was such a special person. She was greatly loved and will be greatly missed.
My deepest sympathy to Allison and family. Your mom was a special treasure! I met Jerra in 1997 when we worked together as nurses. We quickly became forever friends, and had many great (and funny) adventures through the years. The most common statement I heard from anyone who found out Jerra and I were friends was "Oh, Everybody Loves Jerra" (and they did!) Jerra and I both loved The Golden Girls series, so it is very appropriate at this time to say "Thank you for being a friend"...Until we meet again...Love you forever...Linda Morey
Jerra worked for me when I took over Rick Doss' practice in 1983. Patients adored her and some still ask about her. We stayed in touch. She was always upbeat and a great nurse and just so much fun to work with. As far as her credentials LPN, she would say that she was a licensed practically a nurse. Well let me say that she was a great one and experienced well above her credentials I will miss her sense of humor, her wit, her sense of reality and her friendship.

Condolences to all the family and friends. I worked at the hospital with Jerra for years probably in the 70s til her retirement. She was fun, full of laughter, and so beautiful inside and out. We always ended our discussion with how is Megan my daughter and how is Allison which she loved you so much and appreciated all you did for her, Jerra smile was radiant when speaking about you. I’m very sorry for your loss.
My thoughts and prayers are with Jerra’s family during this difficult time. She will be deeply missed and always remembered.

I met miss Ms. Jerra for the first time when I became friends with Allison, more than 2 decades ago. She was such a force and I could see how much she loved her daughter Allison. I loved visiting her and listening to her stories. She is an unforgettable, strong woman whose memory will live on in her amazing daughter Allison and her granddaughter Sutton. Sending love and hugs to all of her family.
