Annece Carter passed away, Sunday, September 15, 2024 at Willowbend Healthcare in Marion, Arkansas at the age of 86. She was born January 20, 1938 in Lake City, Arkansas. She was of the Baptist Faith. She retired from Fidelity National Bank after 33 years of service. Her pride and joy were her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Annece is survived be her sons, Max Carter Jr (Tracey), Kevin Carter; 3 grandchildren, Chris Carter, Aaron Carter (Laura), Zane Fogleman (Michael) and 2 great grandchildren, Krew Carter and Maisyn Carter. The family would like to thank the entire staff at Willowbend and Dierkson Hospice for their care and comfort of Annece and her family in her final days.
Funeral Services are being held with a private family visitation, Thursday, September 19th followed by a public Graveside service at Crittenden Memorial Park starting at 11:00am. Charitable contributions in Lieu of flowers, can be made to Annece's favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
I just recently was told of Annece's passing. I have truly missed our close friendship we had in past years. Lots of laughs, shopping! I used to really "get " her on each April Fools Day!! Cherish the memories....
Max & Kevin, I just found out about your Mom passing. I am so sorry for your loss. Remember all the good times you shared. It's so hard to lose our loved ones but we get comfort in knowing they are no longer suffering. She's flying high with the angels.

I worked with Annece at fidelity years ago, I always loved her sense of humor and thought alot of her. I haven't seen her in years prayers for the family.
