Bailey Hank Pizan, 36, of Sherwood, Arkansas passed away on September 9, 2024. Born in Little Rock, Arkansas on September 23, 1987. He worked at Alarm Tech Systems as a field technician. Bailey was a devoted father, son, brother and friend, whose kindness and joy touched the lives of many.
A 2006 graduate of Pulaski Academy, Bailey was a proud member of the football and baseball teams, where he developed a love for teamwork and competition. An avid Arkansas Razorback fan, Bailey spent many weekends cheering for his favorite team. He also enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially when it came to hunting.
Bailey's greatest passion in life was his daughter, Karleigh Pizan. His heart swelled with pride as he watched her blossom into a bright and successful young woman. Every milestone she achieved filled him with joy. Karleigh has already accomplished so much in her young life, from being a straight-A student to shining as a teammate on the North Little Rock High School Cheer Team.
Attending every event where Karleigh showcased her talents brought Bailey immense happiness. In her laughter and achievements, he found his own purpose and in all her cheers, he felt his love for her echoing through the crowd. Karleigh was not just his daughter; she was the light of his life, inspiring him daily with her determination and spirit. He felt that she was his greatest accomplishment.
Family was the heart of Bailey's life and he cherished every moment of celebrating their achievements. With a warm smile and a playful joke, he made sure his loved ones felt the depth of his pride in them. Whether it was cheering at his nephew's thrilling sporting events, applauding his niece's graceful dance performances or recognizing the accomplishments of other family members, Bailey always found a way to express his admiration. His genuine encouragement and heartfelt praise were a testament to the love he held for each of them, creating cherished memories that would last a lifetime.
Bailey was also known throughout Central Arkansas as a beloved trivia host, where he built relationships and friendships with countless people. He took pride in bringing people together through trivia and was always there to lend a helping hand or a needed smile.
Bailey is survived by his cherished daughter, Karleigh Pizan; his mother, Debbie Pizan; his brother, Blake Pizan; his sister-in-law, Katie Pizan; his nephew, Easton Pizan and his niece, Emmie Pizan. He was preceded in death by his father, Gregory Pizan; his uncle, Hank Pizan as well as grandparents, Marion Broome, Harry Pizan, Bill Broome, Monthiray Powell, Albert Powell and Russell Trice.
