of Mountain View, AR
November 14, 1971 - September 9, 2024
Helen Faye Fisher, 52, went to her heavenly home on Monday, September 09, 2024 in Pocahontas, Arkansas. She was born on November 14, 1971 in Colville, Washington.
Helen had many titles through the years. She was a wife, mother, daughter, sister, Henni, Peaches, friend and last but not least Mrs. Fisher. Helen earned her Bachelor's degree in education in Durant, Oklahoma at SOSU and taught math and science for many years in Garland, Texas and Haworth, Oklahoma; in addition to her teaching degree, Helen earned her FAA Air Agency certificate for Trinity Specialized Services and a Level III NDT certification. Helen worked hard to achieve these accomplishments which gave her great pride. She finally found her true fit at Rotorcraft as the Quality Director. She was a dedicated employee and loved all things associated with aviation. Helen's hobbies included softball, fishing, trying to fix things and any activities where the kids participated. Helen was also an avid fan of John Wayne and enjoyed listening to every genre of music; she could remember songs, artists and lyrics from 1950 to now.
Helen was guided by her faith, family and friendships. The most important things to her were her wife, Cindy, the kids, her devoted sister and friendships. Her connection with Rudy was beyond measure, as she filled the roles of both sister and confidant. She loved spending time with her family and although a little lady, she had a giant heart, it was often said she was the tallest short woman alive. Helen and wife, Cindy took two broken families and made a dynamic tribe that withstood anything and everything thrown at them. Cindy was the doer, but Helen was the strength, love and devotion that made their family a family. Helen will be greatly missed by all of her loving family and friends.
Helen is survived by her wife, Cindy (McDonald) Fisher, who she married on July 5, 2019; sons, Jaccob and wife, Chelsea, Nicholas and wife, Season, Matthew and wife, Lorenda and Reuben; daughters, Chloe, Meranda and husband, Rodney and Rhesa; grandchildren, Sadie and Mary; sister, LaRenda (Rudy) and husband, JJ and Rebecca; Dad, Charles Oliver; nephews, Ayden, Lucian, Nikolai, Chance and Jason; niece, Seaira; friends including, Beckie, Travis, Teresa, the Apple family, Seth, Clinton, Adrian, Fran, Dee Dee, Shandra, Suzanne, Jimmy, Jade, Melissa (Red) and a multitude of extended family and friends.
Helen is preceded in death by her mother, Kathy (Burkhart) Oliver and one brother, James Fisher; grandfathers, James L. Fisher and Harold Burkhart and grandmothers, Helen L. Fisher and Sylvia Burkhart. The family held a private visitation at Roller Crouch Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas.
A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 2:00PM at Blanchard Springs Pavilion in Fifty Six, Arkansas (weather permitting). The alternate location for the celebration of life will be held at Roller Crouch Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made toward her final expenses.

I wish I could be there today. All my life, I believed that no one in the world was like me. Then, as blessings would have it, I met Helen. It was truly the 1st time I felt like a normal person and did not have to pretend to be someone else to fit in or feel like I was not important. I had finally met an amazing person and my life will never be the same. It breaks my heart that she is no longer here.
Fly high Baby Helen. Love you

I went to high school with Helen and always enjoyed it whenever we were in the class. She had the best laugh and had the ability to make everyone feel at ease when they were around her. Her presence will be greatly missed! Prayers for her family.
Rest In Love. Prayin for your wife and family.
I met Mrs. Helen and Chloe in July when they attended a training I had the privilege of conducting. We never know who will walk into the classroom but the four days with them were the absolute BEST!! That week my 96 year old Grandmother, my best friend went Home to Heaven and I received the call while up instructing. I knew God had sent me angels because I had been surrounded by this amazing group of people. To hear of Mrs. Helen’s passing has broken my heart. I have now realized that on that day I really HAD been surrounded by angels! Mrs. Helen was truly an angel! And in the short time I knew her, she blessed my entire heart! Chloe you go on and continue her great work! That was so important to her. Many prayers to this beloved family and to all who knew and loved her.
Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares… Hebrews 13:2
Peaches was such a sweet soul. She was always loving and kind to me and always had a smile on her face when I saw her. I'll remember her laugh always and her kindness towards me. Sending prayers to her family and friends. Fly high Peaches.
