of Little Rock, AR
August 23, 2024
Becky Fain, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on Friday, August 23, 2024, at her home. She was born February 7, 1948, in Little Rock, to the late Pete and Winifred (Hicks) Risser. She was a McClellan High School graduate, and attended UCA where she held the Miss UCA title. She also attended UALR and was Miss Little Rock in 1968. Becky had an amazing voice and was lead singer in two bands in the late 60s and early 70s, The Common Good and Bek and I.
There was no one like Becky. She made everyone around her feel special and loved. She had a beautiful, generous heart and was loved by anyone fortunate enough to know her. She was crazy about her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-granddaughter, and was excited about another granddaughter on the way. She loved to express her creativity by making gorgeous cards for friends and family.
She is survived by her husband Bobby Fain of Little Rock. They were married December 20, 1968, and from this union, they have two daughters, Robin Richardson and husband Earl, and April Rike and husband Andrew, all of Little Rock. Also surviving Becky are her grandchildren, Ross Richardson and wife, Andrea of Little Rock; Kate Gatti and husband Joseph of Benton; Maxwell Rike and Abby Gray of Conway; Mason Rike of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Victoria Rike of Little Rock; great-grandchildren, Saige Rebecca Gatti of Benton and Iris Rike who is expected in a few weeks. She is survived by her brother, Bob Risser and wife Carolyn of Mayflower.
The family will host a memorial gathering on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Highland Valley United Methodist Church.
In Lieu of Flowers, please consider donating to Yellowstone Forever or The Pulaski Country Humane Society.

On behalf of 1966 Class of McClellan High School we offer our condolences. Becky was truly a valued and talented classmate. She represented us as Miss MHS. She made us proud to be her classmate and friend.
Becky was my neighbor in the 70's! When I moved to Little Rock she became my friend who lived across the street! We both loved live music and having fun. She told me everyone to go to in LR! Hairdressers, dentist , doctors etc. I remember when Robin and April were born. Cherished Sweet Memories of the my beautiful friend. I will be praying for you Bobby and the girls!!!!
To Bobby, Robin, April, and family.
Becky was a beautiful soul and light in the world. I remember when she’d go shopping, she’d see something she thought a friend might like, and would just buy it and take it to them. Such a generous and genuine person.
I’m so saddened for you all, but your memories and love for her will always be with you. Love to you.
Dear Family,

Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
With much love,

April, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I only met your mother one time, but I know she was a wonderful lady and loved greatly.
I was privileged to be in high school with Becky, and later in Bek and I. A fine lady, to be sure. I wish Bobby and her family comfort and peace. God Bless!
To Bobby and family. My heart is sad for all of you for I know how much all of you loved Becky. She was a wonderful person and a great entertainer. She and my ex wife Diane Hall Davis performed several times together; their love for entertaining was infectious. She will be so missed by so many. God Bless you all.
I am so sorry for your loss. I haven’t seen Becky in quite a while but we grew up together, living down the street and attending the same church. She sang in church and had the most beautiful voice and was so sweet and kind. My mother, sister, and I along with Becky and her mother, would take fruit to the local nursing home after Sunday services. Becky visited my mother when she came home to visit her parents. What a wonderful lady.
she was a beautiful person and a great singer. Always had a great smile. So sorry for your loss. We graduated from the same year from class of 66 at McClellan high school.
