Lowanna A. Farris, 73, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, August 14th. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Avanor Fulton; husband, Charles ''Chuck'' Farris; son, Charles Farris; daughter, Vicki Farris Stripling and brother, Donovan Fulton. She is survived by her sister, Elizabeth Harris (Tommy) and a host of friends and family. Private services will be held.
