Joyce Clark Bone, 84, of Forrest City, Arkansas passed away Saturday, August 10, 2024.
She was born December 21, 1939 in Pleasant Plains, Arkansas to Herman and Irma (Price) Clark.
Joyce was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene and was a people person who enjoyed life. She was a graduate of Pleasant Plains High School class of 1957. Joyce worked as a department manager at Kroger and loved to take pictures.
Survivors include one brother, Doyle Clark of Forrest City; nephews, Steve, Myron and Shawn Clark and two sisters-in-law, Carrie Clark and Bonnie Clark.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Randall Bone; son, Scott Deaton; two brothers, Dwayne and Kenneth Clark; one infant brother and one infant sister, Genevia Clark.
Pallbearers are Steve Clark, Myron Clark, Shawn Clark, Jerry Don Wheeler and Garritt Clark. Honorary pallbearer is Bill Price.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at 1:00pm at the Roller-Crouch Funeral Home in Batesville with Dr. Roberta Bustin officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 12:00pm until 1:00pm just before the service.
Memorials may be made in her honor to First Church of the Nazarene, 1611 Harrison St, Batesville, AR 72501.

I first met Joyce when she worked at Van Atkins, then would see her at Krogers, then visited with her when I would go to see my uncle at Woodcrest. She was such a nice person. I remember seeing her with Randall, and she always looked so happy. Glad she is with Randall and her son now.
You will always be in our heart, we love you aunt Joyce, I'm sad to see you leave us!
I'm Joyce's niece. We will miss her, but we're looking forward to seeing her in Heaven. She's rejoicing with Scott now! Prayers for all the family.
It seems like yesterday we were working together at Kroger. And now you are at peace with Scott and your race is run.

Joyce was my boss at Kroger in 1990. She was so good to me! She is someone who touched my life. She protected me. I'm so sorry that she's gone. I was just thinking of her recently. Heaven is celebrating.
Joyce you will be missed! We had a great time working together for 34 year. There is so many stories but we will save it for another day. May God Bless your family.
She was such a people person. We enjoyed getting to know her at Kroger. My Aunt Virginia Austin loved coming to Batesville to work with Joyce. Prayers for comfort and peace.
