Jerry ''Donnie'' Haynes, age 76, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away on August 3, 2024 at his home.

Donnie was born on September 14, 1947 to the late Harrison and Agnes (Collins) Haynes. He loved fishing and hunting. He was known to be a hard worker and a ''jack of all trades'', he was always fixing something. Donnie was the true definition of a family man, what he enjoyed most in life was taking care of his family. He was loved by his family and will be missed.

He is survived by his wife, Jacquelyn Parish Haynes and daughter, Jessica Parish of the home; children, Donnie Joe (Tammy) Haynes of Flippin, Arkansas, Bonnie Martin of Mountain Home, Arkansas and William and Jeanie Wood of Yellville, Arkansas; sister, Louis Collins of Jonesboro, Arkansas and many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nephews; nieces and a lot of friends.

He is preceded in death and now rests with his late wife, Carol Lackey Haynes; his parents; children, Donna Loosey Haynes, Bobby Joe Haynes and Jerry Donnie Haynes; siblings, Mary Laverne Collins, Bob Rogers, Elouise ''Minnie'' Rogers Mitchell, Troy Rogers, Carl Haynes, Pearlie Analee Haynes, Bertilee Haynes, Gene Collins, Francine Collins, Mildred Collins, Clois Collins, Betty Collins, Ruby Collins and Jerry Collins and one grandchild, Hershal Donnie Wood.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 10:30 am at the Summit City Park. The gathering is intended to celebrate the life of Donnie and all that knew and loved him. It will be a Potluck/BBQ, please feel free to bring a dish to share.

Arrangements are by Roller-Burns Funeral Home in Yellville, Arkansas.

Our condolences to Donnies family during this most difficult time. Donnie was a very nice man.Always making you laugh with his stories,usually about one of the grandkids.RIP Donnie
