Willa Jean Teague 91, of Shirley, Arkansas passed away July 26, 2024 with family at her side. She was born in Alberg, Arkansas to the late James and Edna Fay (Robinson) Watts.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughters, Kathy Barger, Carolyn Branscum and siblings, Conrad Watts, Donnie Watts and Darlene Watts Long.
Willa married Emmett Teague and of that union they had two daughters. She was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church and worked at the chicken plant for many years, eventually retiring. After retirement she took up growing a vegetable garden and flowers.
Left to cherish her memory are her grandchildren, Stephanie Treece, Lisa Eoff, BJ Branscum, Charity Branscum; great-grandchildren, Holly Hernandez, Emily Treece, Seth Eoff; son-in law, Steve Barger; brother, Darrell Watts; many extended family and friends.
Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at Shady Grove Baptist Church with funeral services following at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at the Shady Grove Cemetery.

To the family. We are so sorry for your loss. She was very blessed to have gotten to live in her home as long as she did on this peaceful mountain. Thank you for all who helped take care of her in her last years.
