Shirley Soles, 72, of Marianna, Arkansas passed away peacefully Sunday, July 21, 2024 in Conway, Arkansas. She was born December 2, 1951 to Chester and Evelyn Odle in Marianna, Arkansas.
She is survived by her husband, Buriness Soles of the home; two sons, Brandon Huskey (Paula), Ryan Odle; two daughters, Karen Henson (Brian), Rhonda Roberson (Pat); seven grandchildren, Jordan Todd, Brianne Garmrath, Leah Henson, Scarlett Brothers, Tanner Roberson, Sara Reynolds and Hannah Huskey; four great-grandchildren, Scarlett Reynolds, Shepherd Todd, Henry Todd and Boone Brothers; two brothers, Charles Odle, Danny Odle; four sisters, Mary Dugas, Martha Scaife, Patsy Criss, Shelia Harpole and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Evelyn Odle; one brother, Lynn Odle and two sisters, Carol Jackson and Karen Gann.
Mrs. Shirley loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and shopping. She enjoyed fishing and making chocolate.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Conner, Jacob Odle, Tristan Reynolds, Brian Henson, Pat Roberson, Ryan Odle and Tanner Roberson.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 26, 2024 from 10:00-11:00 A.M. at Friendship Baptist Church in Marianna, Arkansas. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 A.M. at Friendship Baptist Church in Marianna, Arkansas with Brother Charles McKendree officiating. I have known Shirley most of our lives. She was nice , fun , Christian . We visited each others house most Sundays growing up . She will be dearly missed . I am unable to attend your funeral, but I will be there in spirit. Thinking of all your family at this time. We will meet again . Farewell friend ! Hugs to Patsy and Danny and all your other family !
