Phyllis Sharon Bajorek

of Maumelle, AR

September 16, 1933 - July 7, 2024

Sharon ''Honey'' Ward Bajorek, age 90, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024, in Maumelle, Arkansas. She was born on September 16, 1933, in Rogers, Arkansas.

While in high school, she met, and later married, Hubert Carl Bajorek, with whom she raised four loving children. After a long career as a stay-at-home mother, Sharon worked for the state tax department. Sharon's devotion to her family extended to her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom she cherished deeply.

A talented and creative soul, Sharon loved to paint. She found solace in reading the Bible and cherished her early morning moments spent in prayer. Her skills with a needle were evident in the beautiful sewing projects she completed for her family, and she was known for her exceptional cooking, which she delighted in sharing with guests and family.

Sharon is survived by her son, Michael Bajorek; her daughters, Kimberly Stuckey and Anita (George) Scroggins, her sister Julie Rogers, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruth Osbourne Ward and Marion Ward, her husband, Hubert Carl Bajorek, her son, Patrick Carl Bajorek, and her sister Marion ''Tink'' Ward.

Her legacy of love and devotion to Jesus Christ will continue to inspire all who knew her.

Save us some marbles for Wahoo, Honey!

Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, July 16, at 11:00 a.m., at Immaculate Heart of Mary in Marche, Fr. José Jaime Nieto as Celebrant. Interment will follow at Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery.
