Heaven is our home in the end. You made it a little sooner then the rest of us.
Sammy and I met in the sixth grade; whenever he and his grandfather first moved to Ozark. I remember seeing him, the quiet boy, sitting on the back of the bus. I knew there was something about him that appealed to me, but I was shy. I didn’t know how to talk to others, but thankfully, my best friend at the time did. We all introduced ourselves, and he said his name was Sammy. We all hit it off really well, and soon after we made a friend group. Sammy and I always had this connection though, we both cared about the same things and loved the same ideas. Half-way through the year, in English class, he was assigned right in front of me. He would always steal my pencil, always. I looked up for a second, or took off my glasses just to see if they were dirty, my pencil was always gone and Sammy always had it in his hand with a big grin on his face. We dated for a short period of time, and neither one of us should have had the conversations we had at the time. He was truly a kind person, someone who knew how to make everyone in the room laugh. We grew distant as we grew up, but I always wanted to apologize for how we ended our relationship and start something new. I will never have that chance now. I truly hope he knows, I did care for him, and love him as much as a friend would. I hope he is resting well.
My sincere condolences to the family. It was my pleasure to work with Sam at the lodge. He will be greatly missed. My prayers are with you.
Gonna miss this dude. Best wishes to his family and all of his friends.
Prayers for you all. He was always a quiet sweet boy to me. He will definitely be missed.
This breaks my heart should never have happened. Sometimes we wish we could go back in time, but we can’t and that’s the worst part about it. You’ll be missed Sammy. There was not a day that went by that you made someone happy or even just smile.
I have a lot of good memories with you Sammy RIP my friend..
I can't believe your gone that's crazy I'll miss you bro
